We ship to all prefectures across Japan. We are working on international shipping — stay tuned!

How much does shipping cost? / 送料はいくらですか？

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over ¥4,000.

送料はお居まいの地域と注文内容に応じてチェックアウト時に計算されます。¥4,000以上のご注文は送料無料です。

How long does delivery take? / 配送にどのくらいかかりますか？

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

注文は1〜2営業日以内に処理されます。発送後の標準配送は2〜5営業日が目安です。急便配送はチェックアウト時にご確認ください。

Will I receive a tracking number? / 追跡番号はもらえますか？

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

We want you to love every bottle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

すべてのボトルを心から楽しんでいただきたいと思っています。ご満足いただけない場合は、商品到着後14日以内にお問い合わせください。交換、ストアクレジット、または返金にて対応いたします。

What if my order arrives damaged? / 商品が損傷して届いた場合は？

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your sauce arrives damaged, please お問い合わせ / contact us immediately with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

丁寧に包装してお届けしていますが、損傷して届いた場合は、損傷の写真を添付してすぐにお問い合わせください。無料で交換品をお送りします。

Can I cancel or change my order? / 注文のキャンセル・変更はできますか？

We process orders quickly! If you need to cancel or change your order, please お問い合わせ / contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
